Due to the stubbornness of DCG (which for nine consecutive years insists of deciding all the numbers without asking anyone) I decided to code this application.
I did that in order to set the Masternodes free from this kind of slavery that was imposed (intentionally or not?) by the DCG.

Also read some methods (not all of them) on how to extract a result when voting numbers.
Then follow the below steps:

After α) Adding several numerical proposals into the β) Budget board ...
...you can use the following tools to Prepare your numerical proposals, to create a webpage in order to facilitate the MNOs to Vote the number or to Calculate the voting outcome. 🔢

Tools:

• γ) BASE-3 : Prepare Proposals and Vote a base3 number or Calculate the base3 voting outcome. With Base3 the masternodes can change their votes anytime.
• δ) BASE-4 : Prepare Proposals and Vote a base4 number is coming soon, in meanwhile you may calculate the base4 voting outcome. Base4 has bigger granularity than Base3 BUT the MNOs cannot change their votes anytime, due to the current Dash protocol implementation which, whenever someone votes, prohibits him/her from removing his vote.
